Prequalification and insurance

Health and safety
Site Safe certified with current inductions, site-specific SSSPs, task analyses and hazard registers issued before work starts. Working at height, confined space and hot work permits managed to the head contractor's system.
Quality and handover
Inspection and test plans agreed at the start, witness testing offered on every commissionable system, and a handover pack containing test results, as-built drawings, labelling schedules and warranty documentation.
Vendor certifications
Manufacturer training held by our people, with the holder, the issuer and the expiry date on each one. Certificates are reproduced in full rather than summarised.

This certificate was issued while the holder was at Vision Systems. Manufacturer training of this kind is held by the individual rather than the employer, so it moved with him. We publish it as issued rather than reissuing it under our own name.
